The Afterparty is our answer to the realities of farmer-owned coffee sourcing. We contract harvests 18 months in advance to ensure fair prices and stable income for our farming partners—but this means we sometimes have exceptional lots that don't sell out before the next season arrives.

 Rather than waste these premium coffees, we've created Afterparty: a rotating blend featuring our finest leftover selections. Each batch can be different but is always sure to come from our farms and feature clean and sweet coffee. As it is the after party, it may just lost that bit of sparkle the original once had.

 Honoring our commitment to zero waste, every bag you buy supports our farmers and eliminates waste from our supply chain. It's sustainability in action—and a chance to discover unexpected flavor profiles at a great value.

El Salvador - Diego Baraona - Pacamara Washed

Unfortunately we run out of packaging for this beautiful lot but still have 90 kilos of green coffee left over. It's a coffee that's packing a lot of flavour and present an clean and intense sweetness with some nutty and brown spice notes. The coffee had a medium roast, perfect for espresso machines and cold brew!

Expect rich chocolate flavours perfect for milky drinks - with the well known BIG beans.
