Corazón Oscuro - Espresso Blend
Our love for a Dark Roast espresso coffee
Corazón Oscuro means 'dark heart' in Spanish. It stands for the love we have put into creating a dark roast. We wanted to create a dark roast that appeases to a larger audience - without sacrificing our dedication to sustainability and quality. The combination of 60% of the Diego Robelo Peaberry and 40% Diego Baraona Bourbon Black Honey is focused on high sweetness and consistency with a low acidity. The dark roast allows for easy extraction and dial in. The flavour we find are of caramel with a heavy body perfect for blending with milk.
Why Choose Corazón Oscuro Dark Roast Espresso
1. Dark Roast: This long roast reduces acidity and focuses on the sweetness of the coffee. It is suitable for fully automatic machines as well as espresso machines.
2. Traceable Blend: This blend comes 100% from our own farms not compromising on quality or sustainability in favour of price.
3. Consistent and reliable: Roasted fresh in our own facility in Hannover you can trust our expertise and dedication for a reliable coffee experience.
